Choosing a time of year to travel to Disney can be tough. Often there is conflicting information about what is “low” travel vs. “Peak” travel. Also, these time periods have shifted over the years. Crowds have become more evenly dispersed, Summer is not as busy as it always has been and those “low” times we all loved to travel are not so low anymore! These calendars are put together based on school calendars, Holiday impacts, and things that are happening in the parks themselves. It is not always clear-cut so if you are wavering on a time and have a question, do not hesitate to ask! I am happy to help further break it down and assist you with planning your trip.
Personally I have traveled during all crowd levels. You can make the best of any crowd level at Walt Disney World. If you utilize your fast passes and plan park days based on Extra Magic Hours and other key items, you can see just about anything you want even during the busiest times of year.
