Disney Cruise Line has some of the most delicious and beautifully prepared foods on the high seas. Not only does it taste great but the dining venues on each ship are incredibly themed. The ships all have 3 main dining rooms that you will rotate through for your dinners onboard. The Disney Treasure has 1923, Marvel(same as the wish), and their dinner theater – Cocoa.
1923 is decorated to how off the legacy of the Walt Disney Company. There are animation cells, props, and all types of decor from the last 99 years of film. It has two identical dining rooms, Walt and Roy Disney. The cuisine is inspired by Californian cuisine, as the studio was founded in southern California.

The Marvel Restaurant will have 2 different shows since you will dine here twice. Both are pretty amazing. This is an interactive dining experience and you get to take a roll in saving Ant-Man using Pym technology. The second show on the Treasure has you helping Groot show Rocket how much he is loved. The menu is inspired by the many destinations that our Marvel heroes visit throughout the galaxy.

The third rotation of dining is Plaza de Coco. This restaurant feels so authentic and they treat you like la famiglia. There are two seatings here and you will join Coco and his family in his hometown and celebrate with them. The singers, dancers, and Coco characters share their heritage and traditions with you as you dine on authentic flavors from Mexico. It was delicious and I highly recommend the empanada!

If you are looking for something more upscale, adults-only option, Palo and Enchante are for you! Palo is a cross between Italian food and steakhouse for dinner but brunch is my absolute favorite! Did you know that when you have sailed on your 10th Disney Cruise, you receive a complimentary Palo brunch!
Enchante is Beauty and the Beast themed and serves French inspired cuisine. It is stunning and a very incredible experience. Both of these restaurants highly suggest reservations and they do sell out. They are fees associated with dining at either of these sots but it is well worth it!

Then there is the Marceline Market which is a wonderful buffet that has something for everyone. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and you can find everything from chicken tenders to crab legs. What I loved about this buffet compared to other cruise lines is that the food is broken up by cuisine at individual counters. This allows guests to pop in and out of the lines they want instead of just one long line. And of course, you can’t beat the view!

If you are looking for a mid day or late night bite to eat but don’t want to leave the pool area, Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods is where you want to be! Each of Mickeys friends has a different cuisine at their station. It is a great place to stop while enjoying the pools since it is on the pool deck. It is comfortable and informal and many guests grab a plate and head back to their sun lounger. The stations are Mickey’s Smokestack Barbecue, Sweet Minnie’s Ice Cream, Goofy’s Grill, Donald’s Cantina, and Daisy’s Pizza Pies. My favorite is Donald’s Cantina. I love getting their taco bowls. The ingredients are super fresh and they have a great little salsa bar. Daisy’s pizza really hits the spot later in the evening after the fireworks or a deck party.

There are other lounges and stores that offer some fun treats but they are an added expense. At Jumbeaux’s Sweets you can find gelato, cookies, cakes and more. I tried the gelato, macaroons, and a “pawcicle” and they were all delish!
The Periscope Pub and Skipper’s Society offer yummy bites as well. The pub has traditional English fare. I heard the fish and chips are excellent. Skippers offers lots of fun themed little snacks.

The dining onboard the Disney Treasure is wonderfully themed and delicious. There is something for everyone at any time of day. Do not forget about room service – Hint: as for a Mickey Head!
